To assist you in the design of your cover template, we offer this form to help calculate the dimensions of your cover or dust jacket. Make the appropriate selection from each of the fields below and enter the number of pages in your text block document. Then click the “Generate Template” button to see the necessary dimensions for your template. Please note that if you are designing your own hardcover and dust jacket that you will need to use this form once for each template.
